Job Summary:
Generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. The individual would also be required manage and lead Field Sales Representatives, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximizing sales and profitability & setting sales targets
Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
Ensures the store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times; and that all policies, procedures and controls are followed.
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports & reviewing sales team performance ensuring targets are being achieved
Follow up display of merchandise, product, placement, story layout and selling procedures
Strategic goals and sales target of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit
Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion, customer service activities, sales techniques & product knowledge.
Lead a team to towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets
Managing overall stores profitability through P&L and delivering targets
Increasing and driving sales figures by improving UPT, ATV & Conversion
Spearheaded sales team developed triaging tools to achieve established goals & objectives
Follow up & motivate the team to achieve the target and understand the customer flow
Dealing with Back-office team for the shipment and inventory team for stock arrival
Liaising with internal departments like marketing to increase sales.
