Area Manager( Arabic)
to lead and inspire our store teams to deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations for stores within a designated area. Drive sales performance and meet KPIs through effective leadership and strategy execution. Coach, develop, and motivate Store Managers and their teams. Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and visual merchandising across all locations. Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with HR. Analyze sales data and implement actions to improve commercial performance. Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
5+ years of multi-site management experience in fashion or lifestyle retail. Strong leadership and team development skills. Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of retail KPIs and customer trends. Proven ability to drive sales and manage operational efficiency. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned area. Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.
