This leading international retailer is currently looking to appoint an Area Manager to join their team in Dubai to help expand their retailing portfolio. The remit:
Maximise sales and profitability. Oversee smooth operations for all stores in your area. Contribute towards business improvement projects. Manage, motivate and develop your team. Maintain good working relationship with key contacts and clients. Ensure that the brand's operational standards are met. Train and develop new staff. To be successful you must have:
Experience in a large, fast paced retailer. Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to energise and motivate. A proven track record of driving KPIs through your people. A strong product and market awareness. The ability to multitask and work successfully to time restraints.
