Popeyes, UAE is seeking a results-driven and people-focused

Area Manager

to oversee the performance of multiple restaurant locations. The Area Manager will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, ensuring brand standards are met, and driving business growth through leadership, strategic planning, and team development. This role is ideal for someone with strong QSR multi-unit experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the operations of multiple Popeyes restaurants within the assigned area. Drive operational excellence in guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service. Hire, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and ensure effective staffing at each location. Monitor and manage store performance metrics: sales, labor, food cost, and controllable. Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure adherence to Popeyes brand standards and operational procedures. Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with corporate to execute promotions, marketing strategies, and new initiatives. Analyze business reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth across all teams. Ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention through strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, preferably with other QSR brands. With valid UAE driving license. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Availability to travel regularly between stores within the region. Proficiency in back-office systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
