Area Inspector (CIVIL Engineer) - Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of all empty and vacant flats to assess overall condition and readiness.
Identify maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and other civil defects.
Prepare detailed inspection reports supported with photographs and recommended corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance teams, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely rectification of identified defects.
Follow up on pending work orders and track progress to ensure completion before the handover or move-in date.
Ensure that flats are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to company standards and quality guidelines.
Inspect all installations--lights, switches, sockets, faucets, AC units, appliances, doors, and other fixtures--for proper operation and safety.
Report any urgent, hazardous, or safety-related issues immediately to the supervisor or relevant management personnel.
Maintain updated records of inspections, repair works, work order status, and final closure reports.
Communicate regularly with the leasing team to provide updates on the readiness status of vacant flats.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, preventive maintenance procedures, and building management regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
