Lead the culinary direction and execution for all locations under the brand.
Develop seasonal and promotional menus aligned with brand standards and cost goals
Maintain food cost and COGS %
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all outlets
Oversee kitchen STAFF training and development
Collaborate with Executive Chef, and procurement regarding supplier management for sampling
Implement and monitor all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Dubai Municipality guidelines, etc.)
Ensure all outlets comply with Dubai's health and safety regulations including PIC and BFS certifications
Monitor and control waste management, kitchen efficiency, delivery ratings, and food quality
Work closely with Executive Chef, FOH operations, marketing, and other executive leadership
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/corporate chef role
Proven track record in casual dining and fast food kitchen environments
Hotel background is a strong advantage
HACCP certification mandatory; PIC Level 3 and/or Basic Food Safety (BFS) required
Strong leadership, communication, computer knowledge and team-building skillsAbility to travel between locations across the UAE as needed
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
