Position Overview
ARE Landscape role in Dubai supporting large-scale infrastructure and development projects through technical review, construction supervision, and coordination of landscape and irrigation works. The position focuses on ensuring design compliance, construction quality, safety, and successful handover of landscape assets in line with UAE authority standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review landscape and irrigation design packages, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Provide detailed technical comments on softscape planting, irrigation networks, and landscape engineering submissions
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of plant species, plantation types, and their environmental and maintenance requirements
• Support the Construction Supervision team as PMC representative overseeing landscape construction activities
• Liaise with landscape design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Coordinate with architects, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated project delivery
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings related to landscape progress, HSSE, and coordination matters
• Ensure timely review and approval of all consultant and contractor submissions
• Monitor project milestones and inform leadership of any risks or potential delays
• Provide landscape inputs to progress reports and project documentation
• Participate in site safety training and ensure compliance with HSSE requirements
• Issue site instructions in coordination with the Construction Manager for landscape and irrigation works
• Measure completed works, track progress against schedules, and support reporting
• Review and verify accuracy of as-built drawings related to landscape works
• Conduct site inspections and recommend improvements to aesthetics and landscaping quality
• Support smooth handover of completed landscape assets to stakeholders

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of experience in landscape and irrigation design and construction supervision
• Strong UAE project experience, preferably on large-scale developments
• Proven capability to operate in a supervisory or management capacity

Skills Set

• In-depth understanding of landscape construction practices and irrigation systems
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international authority standards and statutory requirements
• Construction health, safety, environmental, and sustainability expertise
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
