Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop landscape design concepts that complement architectural designs Prepare site analysis, master plans, layouts, and detailed drawings Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and other team members Actively support and assist team members to ensure smooth project workflow Contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions during team discussions and design reviews Select appropriate plants, materials, and site elements based on climate, sustainability, and project requirements Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordinate with contractors Assist the team during construction phases to ensure design intent is achieved Promote teamwork and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field Understanding of architectural and landscape design principles Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Suite, etc.) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
