Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural/Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior and architectural designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. You will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and other project team members throughout all design phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings and presentations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants on integrated design solutions. Prepare mood boards, material boards, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections. Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations using CAD and design software. Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordinate with contractors during project execution. Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and schedules. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape). Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, and finishes. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
