Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
architecture and interior fit-out shop drawings
using AutoCAD.
Develop
layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
based on project requirements.
Coordinate with
MEP, structural, and site teams
to ensure accurate and clash-free drawings.
Assist in preparing
as-built drawings
and documentation.
Ensure all drawings comply with
project specifications, authority standards, and company guidelines
.
Support project and site teams with
timely drawing updates, revisions, and design changes
.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design
, or a related field.
Strong understanding of
fit-out works, joinery details, gypsum/partition layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and material schedules
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(Revit knowledge is a plus).
Must be
based in the UAE
and
available for immediate joining
.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
