Lead and manage the architectural department, overseeing design, coordination, and delivery of projects.
Provide architectural leadership for
building and infrastructure consultancy projects
from concept to completion.
Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and infrastructure teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Manage and mentor the architectural team, ensuring performance, productivity, and professional development.
Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders, representing the company in meetings and presentations.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi / UAE authority requirements and building codes.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Support business development efforts, including proposal reviews and technical inputs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum
15 years of consultancy experience
in building and infrastructure projects.
Proven
team management and leadership
experience.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Native Arabic speaker
with strong English proficiency.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong client-facing and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
