Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative 3D Visualizer who specializes in
architectural exteriors
. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings and a deep understanding of architectural design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations of exterior architectural projects.
Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret concepts into visual imagery.
Develop mood boards, lighting studies, and material applications for visualization.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Enhance and finalize renderings using post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization.
Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve visual communication.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in architectural visualization with a focus on exteriors.
Software Proficiency:
3ds Max
(V-Ray or Corona Renderer) - Advanced Level
SketchUp
- Intermediate to Advanced
AutoCAD
- Basic to Intermediate
Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced (for post-production)
Lumion / Twinmotion
- Preferred but not mandatory
Revit
- Basic knowledge is a plus
Key Skills:
Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and sketches into realistic 3D visuals.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude.
