Job Description

Key Performance Indicators: Attending Technical meetings. Coordinating with clients for meetings and projects finalization. Attending of technical and sales related calls given by Sales Manager. Making estimates for time scales and costs. Prepare construction budgets, material quantities, identifying and projecting costs for each elevation. Collection of project related documents from the client. Revise and conclude incoming enquirers for proposals. Submission of project closing documents to clients. Main Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the different teams working on a project including engineers, marketers and project management.
• Supervising the projects at all stages and providing a solution to issues as and when arises.
• Price negotiation & technical clarifications with sub-contractors/suppliers/clients and getting approvals from clients.
• Making sure tender submitted are fully detailed.
• Co-ordinate pre and post sales site visit. Final inspection of site after project completion. Smoothly handles final inspection of site with clients with clear justification to avoid any discrepancy in further process.
• Support technically in review of project drawings.
• Before a project starts, analyzing of preliminary data to determine the project's influence and reporting to the line manager. Use of the preliminary research data and review of project deliverables to prepare the cost and estimates for the entire project.
• Maintaining the current and previous estimation records. Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures, reviewing the same by maintaining relationship with contractors.
• Encourage repeat business by networking with existing customers.
• Organize project budget handover meetings to line manager.
• Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participate in the work of team.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer/Site Supervisor for the proper hand over of the project in efficient and cost effective manner.
• Should know the selling price of all products and services.
• Should prepare Estimation and technical documents.
• Should prepare shop drawings 2D & 3D

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Architecture/Architectural Design
• 2 years of Minimum experience in same field
• Should be well versed with MS excel and Zoho Books
• Should know AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP ,PHOTOSHOP, MS OFFICE,ADOBE
• Can join Immediately
