Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software. Translate architects' concepts and sketches into accurate and executable technical drawings. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, consultants, or authorities. Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure design integration. Prepare and compile submission drawings in accordance with local municipal regulations. Develop shop drawings as required for construction and coordination. Maintain an organized archive of all drawings and related documentation. Ensure quality and accuracy in all drawings and deliverables. Stay updated with relevant codes, regulations, and drafting standards. Deliver work on time and within project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsman in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and 3D software is an advantage. Good understanding of UAE municipal codes and submission requirements. Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under pressure.
