We are looking for an Architectural Draughtsman Expert in Revit with a good industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should have the requirements below: A minimum of 3-6 years of Architectural Draftsman in knowledge and experience Working with computer-aided design software (Revit , AutoCAD , 3d Max ) Good knowledge and understanding of design and analysis. Good communication skills. Ability to work on assigned scope independently. Self-motivated which take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism. Capable of building trusting relationships, ability and willingness to work independently or in a team without supervision. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations and negotiate project details with the team and clients. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, including detailed drawings and perspectives. 2. Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects. 3. Specifying the materials needed for construction of projects. 4. Coordinating the design between the other department structural and MEP. 5. Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints. 6. Review and approve the material submittals. 7. Visit the site when it\xe2\x80\x99s required. 8. Resolving issues that come up during construction.
