Architectural Draughtsman
Job Description
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and construction documents
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and contractor submissions
Manage project timelines and resolve design or construction issues
Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles
