Job Description
We are a growing design consultancy firm in Dubai seeking a skilled SeniorArchitectural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and supporting the design team through various project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings Develop drawings based on concept designs and specifications Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants Revise drawings as per authority comments and project requirements Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations Maintain organized project documentation
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Drafting Minimum
4-5 years of experience
in the UAE is compulssory Proficiency inAutoCAD
(mandatory); Revit knowledge is an advantage Familiarity withDubai building codes and approval processes
Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
