Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Architectural Draftsman
with strong knowledge ofAutoCAD and 3D Rendering
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, coordinating submissions to various authorities, and supporting project execution through site measurements and client meetings.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings using
AutoCAD
, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Develop3D models and renderings
for design presentation and approvals. Prepare and submit drawings and documents torelevant authorities
(municipality, developers, consultants, etc.) and follow up until approval. Conductsite visits
to collect accurate measurements and verify existing conditions. Coordinate withclients, consultants, and internal teams
to understand project requirements. Attendclient meetings
and assist in design discussions and revisions. Revise drawings based on site conditions, authority comments, and client feedback. Maintain organized records of drawings, submissions, and approvals.Requirements & Skills:
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory). Experience in3D modeling and rendering software
(such as SketchUp, Lumion, D5, 3ds Max, or similar). Ability to take accuratesite measurements
and prepare as-built drawings. Good communication skills forclient and site coordination
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience:
