Job Description
Draughtsman (Architectural / Structural) - Civil
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with experience in both architectural and structural drafting. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate technical drawings, coordinate with engineers and architects, and ensure all plans meet project standards and requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Atleast 3-5 years' experience in UAE Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage Experience in both architectural and structural drafting Good understanding of construction details and industry standards Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD (and other software as required) Revise and update drawings based on engineer/architect feedback Produce detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams Perform site measurements and verify details when needed Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
