Job Description
We are seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman
to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality drawings, layouts, and technical documentation to support architectural and construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit. Convert conceptual designs and sketches into precise technical drawings. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Update and revise drawings based on project changes, comments, and approvals. Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE building codes, authority standards, and project specifications. Prepare submission drawings for authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, ADM, etc.). Maintain organized drawing records and documentation for all assigned projects. Assist in quantity take-offs, material specifications, and project documentation when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
in the UAE or GCC. Strong proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
(knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage). Excellent understanding ofUAE building codes, authority submission standards, and construction detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time
