Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Architectural Drafting

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and Detailing: Create precise architectural drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.

- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to translate conceptual designs into detailed, executable plans.

- Documentation: Ensure all drawings and related documentation are accurate, complete, and comply with local regulations.

- Compliance: Adhere to Abu Dhabi's building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in all drafting work.

- Revisions and Modifications: Update and revise drawings as needed, based on feedback from architects or project managers.

- Software Utilization: Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other tools for drafting and detailing.

- Coordination: Assist in coordinating with construction teams to ensure plans are followed accurately during the building phase.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting with a solid understanding of design principles.

- UAE Experience: Mandatory experience in architectural projects within Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE market.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's building regulations and approval processes.

- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all drafting work.

- Communication: Ability to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.

- Education: A diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or a related field is preferred.
