JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman's who can create detailed technical drawings and plans for buildings and structures based on an architect's designs and specifications. This include using computer-aided design

(CAD

) software to produce blueprints, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring a project from concept to completion. Candidate should have experience with

Main Contractors .

Responsibilities and Experience:

Create technical drawings:

Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other construction documents using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit.

Experience:

Candidate should have at least

4-6 years

of experience in relevant field .

Education:

Minimum

Bachelors Degree

required in related field of construction.

Ensure code compliance:

Make sure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders:

Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and make revisions based on feedback.

Produce 3D models:

Create three-dimensional models from CAD data for presentations and client meetings.

Revise and update drawings:

Update existing drawings to reflect any changes or modifications to a project.

Conduct site visits:

Visit construction sites to gather data and verify that designs are being implemented correctly.

Manage documentation:

Maintain organized archives of drawings and project files.
