Job Description
Create drawings
: Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.Collaborate
: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop designs and ensure accuracy.Ensure compliance
: Make sure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.Revise and update
: Modify and update drawings based on feedback from the project team.Site visits
: Visit construction sites to gather data, take measurements, and ensure the construction team is following the plans correctly.Document management
: Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.Prepare reports and models
: Assist in preparing technical reports, material quantity estimates, and 3D models for presentations.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Experience:
* Construction / Contracting : 5 years (Preferred)
