Job Brief
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer.
The responsibilities include designing, drafting detailed blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and presenting design proposals to clients.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in using CAD software, has a strong understanding of architectural trends and methods, and possesses excellent design and spatial awareness skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather product and structural requirements and designs Create architectural designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-aided design (CAD) application Prepare detailed architectural designs, plans, and specifications Present design proposals to clients for approval Work closely with a team Consider factors such as safety, cost, and functionality when designing structures Stay updated with latest architectural trends and advancements
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural designs Sound understanding of construction techniques and architectural trends Ability to sketch detailed drawing plans both by hand and by using CAD applications Excellent design and visualisation skills BSc degree in Architecture or related field
