Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Architectural Draftsman
with a minimum of12 years of experience
in preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects and project teams to deliver precise, high-quality drawings.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop to develop and present design documentation. Maintain project documentation, revisions, and drawing standards. Ensure that all drawings meet project specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Support the design team in producing presentation materials and technical details. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years
of professional drafting experience in architectural projects. Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods. Excellentattention to detail
and commitment to producing accurate work. Effectivecommunication and coordination skills
with internal and external teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
