Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced
Architect
to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating interior fit-out and architectural projects from concept to execution, ensuring innovative, functional, and cost-effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural and interior design concepts for commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D visuals, and technical documentation. Review and interpret client requirements and translate them into workable design solutions. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is met during execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and authority submissions as required. Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and fit-out construction techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architecture and interior fit-out projects
. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of joinery, interior detailing, and fit-out construction. Excellent creativity, design presentation, and project coordination skills. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations.Immediate joiners preferred.
