About the Role:

We are a leading

interior fit-out company

based in the UAE, seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architectural Draughtsman

with

2-3 years of local experience

in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in producing technical drawings for interior projects and knowledgeable about UAE authority regulations and submission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed

shop drawings, joinery details, and as-built drawings

for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility. Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, or client feedback. Ensure compliance with

local authority guidelines

(Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Assist in preparing drawing packages for authority submissions and project approvals. Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and progress coordination.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2-3 years of UAE experience

in an interior fit-out company is

mandatory

. Excellent proficiency in

AutoCAD

; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 3D software is an advantage. Strong knowledge of

joinery, material specifications

, and interior construction detailing. Familiar with UAE municipality/authority standards and submission processes. Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

Currently available in the UAE, either on a visit visa or completed notice period who can join immediately
