Architectural Draughtsman

to support our creative team in bringing visionary designs to life through precise technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

Develop accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Prepare detailed layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for interior design projects. Collaborate closely with interior designers and project managers to understand design intent and translate it into technical drawings. Update and revise drawings based on client feedback or design changes. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards. Assist with site measurements and documentation when required. Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives for ongoing and completed projects. Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works, including finishes, furniture, lighting, joinery, and MEP elements.
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as an architectural draughtsman in an interior design or architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other drafting tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop is a plus). Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to join immediately.
