Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draughtsman to join our growing interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed shop drawings for custom joinery works including cabinetry, wall paneling, doors, counters, and furniture for high-end residential, retail, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed joinery shop drawings based on design intent and site measurements. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for drawing approvals and revisions. Ensure drawings meet client specifications, project timelines, and local authority standards. Create detailed cutting lists, material take-offs, and production files for the factory. Resolve technical issues on site related to joinery details and installation. Maintain drawing records and updates throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Joinery Draughtsman in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of 2D and basic 3D detailing. Strong understanding of woodworking materials, hardware, and joinery construction methods. Ability to interpret interior design drawings and convert them into technical production details. Experience working on retail fit-out, hospitality, or luxury villa projects is preferred. Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is a plus.
