Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field Proficient in 2D drafting software such as

AutoCAD

and

Civil 3D

Proficient in 3D modeling and visualization tools such as

Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry Strong attention to detail, technical drafting skills, and ability to follow approved designs accurately. Ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams. Good communication skills; proficiency in

English

required. Candidate must be below 40 years of age Preference will be given to Tagalog-speaking candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software. Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using SketchUp and Lumion to support design coordination and client approvals. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure architectural designs comply with project requirements, specifications, and local regulations. Review and update drawings in accordance with authority comments, site conditions, and construction requirements. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and project standards. Assist in obtaining design approvals and permits from relevant authorities. Provide technical support to site teams and respond to RFIs, design clarifications, and revisions as required. Monitor construction progress to ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Participate in design coordination meetings and internal project reviews. Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and approvals. Support project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
