Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Architect Draughtsman with 3+years experience
to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on the architect's concepts and specifications. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all drawings meet design, technical, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed architectural drawings
, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).Convert conceptual designs and sketches
from architects into precise technical drawings.Ensure accuracy and compliance
with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.Coordinate with engineers and contractors
to incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical inputs into architectural drawings.Assist in preparing presentation drawings
and 3D models for client review and project approvals.Maintain and update drawing records
, revisions, and document control systems. Support the design team insite measurements, surveys, and as-built drawings
when required. Participate indesign development and construction documentation
stages of projects.Job Type: Full-time
