We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in architectural drafting, technical drawing, and construction documentation, with at least 7 years of proven experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans. Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Modify and update designs based on feedback or field conditions. Ensure all drawings adhere to local codes, standards, and client requirements. Assist in preparing 3D visualizations and presentations when needed. Maintain project documentation and drawing archives. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software. Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
