Job Description
An architectural draftsman is required to work for Al-Mithaq Design Company. Required Qualifications Good previous experience in architectural drawing work.
- Fully aware of Kuwait Municipality laws.
- Building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats.
- Deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions.
- Produce realistic renders.
- Architecture-related Bachelor\'s degree or diploma.
- Knowledge of Kuwait\'s building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats.
- Evidence of good design understanding.
- Ability to deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions.
- Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Evidence of substantial experience in either Rhino or 3Ds Max and accompanying rendering packages.
- Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to produce realistic renders.
- English and Arabic communication skills.
- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
