Job Description

Drafting and Design:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Interpret and translate sketches, concepts, and specifications into accurate and executable architectural drawings. Collaborate with architects to understand project requirements and incorporate necessary changes into the drawings.

Site As-Built Drawings:

Prepare and update accurate site as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and field measurements. Coordinate with site teams to collect data and ensure drawings reflect the final construction accurately.

Quality Assurance:

Review drawings to ensure they meet architectural standards, codes, and project specifications. Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the drawings and coordinate necessary revisions with the team.

Communication:

Work closely with architects and project managers to understand design requirements and project timelines. Provide technical input and ensure drawings are delivered on time and in accordance with project expectations.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Design, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as an architectural draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software. Familiarity with architectural codes and regulations in Qatar is preferred.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in drawings. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure. Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Portfolio:

Applicants must provide a portfolio with examples of architectural drawings, preferably including site as-built samples.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Al-Khawr: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

License/Certification:
