We're expanding our team and currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join us in delivering high-quality construction and design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate architectural and workshop drawings for a range of projects.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to align drawings with project requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs of materials from drawings and specifications.
Ensure all drawings meet applicable standards and regulations.
Revise drawings as per feedback and updates during project execution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or any related field.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for quantity takeoff and documentation.
Familiarity with Primavera software is a strong plus.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage.
