Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings align with project requirements and standards.
Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, or project changes.
Ensure all drawings comply with
Dubai Municipality (DM)
and relevant UAE codes and regulations.
Maintain an organized library of drawings, versions, and documentation for easy retrieval.
Assist in preparing drawings for submissions, approvals, and permits.
Perform quantity take-offs or basic calculations when required.
Support the site team by providing clarifications, updated details, and revised drawings when needed.
Ensure high accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all drawings produced.
Follow company drafting standards, file naming conventions, and documentation procedures.
