Salary AED4,500 \xe2\x80\x93 AED5,000 a month ( NEGOTIABLE) Job Type Permanent Architectural Draftsman Description
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Knowledgeable in Interior Designing/ Fit Out Industry
- Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3D Max Vray, MS Office, Revit
- Must have the knowledge to produce Full Architectural & Interior Detail Drawings for Authorities Submission.
- Should be able to make all drawings for Ceiling & Drywall (Decorative GRG\xe2\x80\x99s, Gypsum) Submission & Approvals with minimum supervision
- Can prepare Bill of Quantities and Specifications based on plans
- Can work on very tight schedule to meet deadline submissions, if necessary
- Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing and spatial awareness;
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
- Organizational and Creative Problem- Solving skills;
- The ability to work in a team with other professionals;
- Design and Create solutions (Sketch, Plans & Specifications);
- Creative in designing interior space, 2D and 3D designing;
- Full knowledge of producing full set of drawings in CAD along with shop drawings & detailing
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture & Engineering.
- Very good in shop drawings.
- Knowledge of Detailed drawings for submission.
- Should Be aware of the regulations and standards of UAE.
- Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (3D MAX & AutoCAD).
- Ability to draw manually favourable, but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
