Job Description

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and shop drawings based on design specifications and project requirements. The role supports architects and engineers in translating concepts into clear and precise drawings for construction and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts as per project requirements. Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings using CAD software. Ensure drawings comply with company standards, local authority regulations, and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to collect required information and resolve discrepancies. Update drawings to reflect design changes, revisions, and site conditions. Maintain proper records and filing of drawings and documents. Assist in preparing drawings for authority approvals and submissions. Review and verify dimensions, materials, and other technical details for accuracy. Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman (preferably in construction or contracting). Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp is a plus). Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building codes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Architectural Draftsman: 3 years (Preferred)
