Minimum 3-5 years in Interior Fit-out / Construction
Job Purpose:
To prepare accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
2D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
using AutoCAD or similar software.
Interpret and develop drawings from
design concepts, sketches, and specifications
.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Ensure all drawings comply with
company standards, client requirements, and local regulations
.
Update and revise drawings as per site conditions and client/consultant feedback.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for projects.
Support project execution by providing technical drawings in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years of drafting experience
in Interior Fit-out / Construction.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(3D knowledge is a plus).
Strong knowledge of
joinery, furniture detailing, and fit-out works
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3D Max (added advantage).
UAE experience preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
