Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with 3-5 years of experience to create detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD/BIM software, have a strong understanding of construction documentation, and collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details) using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Convert architects' sketches and design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to review and revise drawings.
• Assist in creating BIM models and 3D renderings for presentations.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Participate in site visits to verify measurements and resolve design discrepancies.

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting (residential/commercial projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and 3D modeling.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with parametric design tools (Rhino, Grasshopper).
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
• Prior exposure to interior design detailing.
