Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman with 4 to 7 years of expertise in civil construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and precise architectural drawings for a variety of construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare accurate architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and details for civil construction projects.

Create and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Interpret architectural and structural plans and incorporate them into working drawings.

Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE building codes, regulations, and company standards. Maintain an organized drawing repository and support project documentation.

Assist in resolving technical issues and design changes during project execution.

Requirements:



Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

4-7 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting within the civil construction sector.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.

Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and local regulations. Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural and structural drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
