Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
Lead the preparation and submission of permit packages for building, planning, and infrastructure approvals.
Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, RTA, Civil Defense, DEWA, etc.) and developers to obtain necessary project approvals.
Ensure all submissions meet authority standards and incorporate required changes in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams (MEP, structural, landscape) to align drawings and ensure a consistent and unified submission.
Stay updated with changes in local regulations, authority guidelines, and approval processes.
Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and government officials.
Assist project managers in tracking approval timelines and mitigating potential delays.
