1.

Design and Drafting:

- Assist in the creation and development of architectural designs for residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design tools.

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and ensure project alignment with client needs.

Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Participate in meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy (if required)

- Assist in resolving design-related issues during project implementation.

3.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure that all designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and standards.

- Prepare necessary project documentation, reports, and presentations for client approval.

- Prepare necessary project documentation for Authority Submission.

4.

Support Senior Architects:

- Provide support to the architectural team by managing timelines, deliverables, and design modifications as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting

- Proven experience in working on residential, industrial, and commercial projects in the UAE.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

- Must be familiar with Authority submissions and requirements.

This role is based in Dubai, and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
