Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed AutoCAD drawings
and technical plans for interior fit-out projects. Developshop drawings, sections, elevations
, and 3D models as required. Ensure all drawings comply withdesign intent, client requirements, and material specifications
. Coordinate withdesigners, project managers, and site teams
to ensure accuracy in execution. Modify and update existing drawings based onsite conditions, design revisions, or client feedback
. Maintain alibrary of standard details, drawings, and templates
for future projects. Work efficiently to meettight project deadlines
without compromising accuracy. Stay updated withindustry trends, materials, and technical standards
related to fit-out and joinery.Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture
, Interior Design, or a related field.1-5 years of experience
in interior fit-out or joinery drafting. Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/drafting software
. Strong knowledge offit-out construction techniques, joinery detailing, and material specifications
. Ability to understand and interprettechnical drawings, layouts, and design plans
. Excellenttime management and communication skills
. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively
