Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software based on design concepts and sketches.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design requirements and incorporate technical specifications.
Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and construction revisions.
Ensure all drawings are compliant with local building codes, zoning laws, and UAE regulatory standards.
Maintain organized documentation of drawings, plans, and revisions for project archives.
Assist in preparing presentation drawings and renderings for client proposals and approvals.
Coordinate with other departments (MEP, structural, interior) to integrate multidisciplinary drawings.
Conduct site visits to collect measurements and verify construction adherence to design intent.
Prepare working drawings and shop drawings for submission to authorities and contractors.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to architectural drafting in the UAE context.
