We are in looking for an Architectural Draftsman with 3+ years of experience to work for our company. Draftsman with experience in the Fit-Out field is a must, innovation with specialties in G.R.P, G.R.C, G.R.G, Aluminium and Glass work, Architecture, Interior and Civil designs. Good knowledge in the preparation of Shop / Detail Drawings for Residential, Commercial, Institutions, and Industrial buildings Projects :
- Coordinate with designers and understand the design to make the detailed drawings
- Visit sites and prepare the As-builts as and when required
- Preparation of Architectural, Structural, MEP Shop Drawings and Final Printouts of Drawing to Consultants & Municipality for Approval.
- Preparing Master Plans & Layouts and Schematic designs, Presentations, for constructions documents.
- Making for G.R.P, G.R.C, G.R.G, Aluminium and Glass, Architectural Plan, Elevations, Sections, and Detail Drawing.
- Preparation of Shop Drawing which has been received from Consultant
- Preparation of AS BUILT Drawings at end of Project and Submits Final soft copy and hard copy of drawings to Consultant and Client.
- Preparation of making 2D schematic drawings & 3D views of buildings, villas, etc. including furniture design and layouts.
- Assist the engineer in Bill of Quantity to take off.
- Contribute to any other task assigned by the management
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Draftsman: 3 years (Preferred)
