Key Responsibilities:
Create photorealistic 3D renders for exterior and interior spaces
Draft, organize, and manage architectural and construction drawings
Independently handle project visualizations and documentation
Assist project engineers with quantity take-offs and BOQ organization
Maintain drawing logs and technical documentation
Requirements:
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (3ds Max, Corona/VRay, SketchUp, etc.)
Strong drafting skills using AutoCAD
Ability to read and produce construction drawings with attention to detail
Familiarity with quantity surveying and BOQ preparation is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and independence
