Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience using AutoCad, 3d Max and Photoshop, and will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and designs that meet our clients' needs and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Ajman and/or the Northern Emirates and be able to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

Creating detailed architectural drawings and designs using Autocad, 3d Max, and Photoshop Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are accurate and meet project specifications Providing technical support to project teams as needed Managing project timelines and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and drafting software
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman Proficiency in AutoCad, 3d Max, and Photoshop Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working within the Northern Emirates is preferred
