We are looking for a skilled

Architectural Draftsman

to join our Abu Dhabi office. The draftsman will be responsible for preparing high-quality architectural drawings and design documentation, working closely with our consultants and engineering teams. This role requires strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts in line with project requirements. Support architects and engineers in translating conceptual designs into technical drawings. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, and authority specialists) to incorporate feedback. Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and documentation. Assist in consultant submissions and authority approvals as required. Deliver drawings within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in architectural drafting, preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting/design software. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ITC, etc.) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings. Good communication and coordination skills within a consulting environment.
