Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in the UAE
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D modeling/rendering software is an advantage
Strong understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes (Abu Dhabi Municipality, DDA, etc.)
Ability to produce detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and coordination drawings
Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation drawings
Good coordination skills with other disciplines (MEP, Structural)
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines
Previous experience with consultants or interior fit-out firms is a plus
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
